SAR responded to a report of a person that fell off the Zen Trail at 0815. Working with St George Fire, we arrived on top of the Plateau. We found the subject had not survived. The subject was 108 feet off the cliff. St George Fire Technical Rescue and SAR High Angle set up a raise system. SGFD and SAR retrieved the subject at 1310 and turned her over to Law Enforcement for their investigation.
